ABOUT MARISA
Hi, I'm Marisa.
I tried to build my business the way I was told I was supposed to.
Posting every day. Staying visible. Being "on" — always.
I did all of it. And honestly, the whole thing gave me the ick.
I knew there had to be another way.

MY STORY

I came from network marketing — the land of daily methods of operation.
Show up on Instagram. Show up on Facebook. Make the trending video everyone else is making. Send the outreach message carefully packaged to not sound like a “hey girl” message.
It was a hey girl message.
I did all of it. And every day, a little voice said: this isn't you.
Before any of that, I was running a home daycare while raising three young kids — twins, and another just 14 months later. I knew how to build something around a full life. And I knew I didn't want a business that required me to be constantly online just to keep it moving.
Then I found Pinterest.
People weren't waiting for me to show up in their feed. They were searching.
And that completely changed the way I thought about marketing.
I started using Pinterest across my own businesses — from network marketing to digital products — to get my content found and bring people onto my email list. With consistent pinning, I grew my own account from a few hundred monthly views to more than 14,000.
But the number wasn't the interesting part.
Why some content worked and some didn't was.
My health and wellness content consistently performed better because it matched what people were actually searching for.
That's when Pinterest really clicked for me.

I had daily methods of operation coming out of my ears for social media. But Pinterest? There was no simple system telling me what I actually needed to do each week, each month and each quarter.
So I built one.
That became The Pinterest Method.
And the deeper I got into Pinterest — using it in my own businesses, investing in specialist training and keeping up with how the platform and search behaviour change — the more interested I became in the part that comes before the pinning.
The research. The keywords. The audience. The content opportunities.
Figuring out where a business actually fits in Pinterest search.
That's now my favourite part of the work.
THE INTROVERT SHE.EO PHILOSOPHY
It can be quiet, intentional and sustainable.
Your marketing doesn't have to take over your life to do its job.
WHAT I DO
HOW WE WORK TOGETHER
I work with service providers and online business owners who already have something worth finding — great content, useful offers, expertise, products or ideas.
My job is to figure out how Pinterest can help the right people find it.
That starts with The Foundation — a Pinterest strategy built specifically around your business, your audience, your content and what people are actually searching for.
Then you choose what happens next.
Take the strategy and run Pinterest yourself.
Or hand it back to me and I'll manage it for you.
Either way, we're not pinning for the sake of pinning. We're giving the content you've already worked hard to create a better chance of being found.
WHEN I'M NOT IN STRATEGY MODE
Because you should know who you're actually working with.
I have three teenagers, a very full life, and a deep personal belief that your business should add to your life — not take it over.
That's not just a tagline. It's the reason this whole thing exists.
